Irene Ai-Ling ChuangNational Chengchi University
Taiwanese Chair Tainan, Taiwan Irene is a student currently studying in the department of diplomacy in National Chengchi University. She works as an assistant editor for Professor Hou, Wei-Shu on a book "Evolution, Cosmos, and Men" in the department of Physics in National Taiwan University. She is also a teaching assistant in the Honor Program in Liberal Art Education in National Chengchi University.
She attended Taipei Model United Nations in 2014 as a delegate of Norway in General Assembly First Committee, Model APEC Conference in 2014 as a delegate of the Philippines in APEC Business Advisory Council, and National Model United Nations in New York in 2015 as a delegate of Iceland In General Assembly Second Committee. In Taipei Model United Nations in 2015, she served as the Co-chair of General Assembly First Committee. Apart from model conferences, she also finished her college student research on "the sources of support for Taiwan in the European Parliament," which qualified for college research stipend in R.O.C Ministry of Science and Technology. She has been active in attending international student conferences including Harvard Project for Asia and International Relations, World Business Dialogue, and of course, Taiwan America Student Conference. She is thrilled to introduce TASC to more student activists who are passionate about Taiwan, the U.S., and the world. |
