Wei-Ann is currently a senior in chemical engineering at National Cheng Kung University. He is strongly interested in the impact of scientific discoveries on international relations and economic development, as well as engineering to solve social and environmental problems. Born in the United States and raised in Taiwan, he hopes to become a bridge between Taiwan and the US to further bring the culture and problems of Taiwan to the international community. He hopes TASC will inspire skilled individuals and future leaders from both the US and Taiwan to build friendships and collaborate to overcome challenges. In his free time, Wei-Ann is an enthusiastic modern and ballet dancer, with a background in martial arts. He is also an avid lover of any kind of performing arts. In the near future, he plans to work in Taiwan's manufacturing industries to promote efficiency and reduce environmental footprints.
