Chief Consultant, Jet-Go Consulting  Group

Dr. Chang is the Chief Consultant of Jet-Go Public Relations Consulting 
Group, whose clients include several Taiwan government institutes and 
major corporations. She specializes in crisis management, corporate public 
relations and government relations.   Before her work in Jet-Go, she served as
a chief reporter of a newspaper, a professor, and the director of Legislation 
Yuan office. Dr. Chang holds a doctoral degree in communication and marketing.
