Milwaukee, Wisconsin, United States
Tammy  is a currently a Junior double majoring in journalism and mass communications and East Asian studies at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She is the Founder and Chair of the Project Pengyou UW-Madison Chapter, where she is unifying China related resources on campus. She is also a news reporter at a local radio station and an English tutor.

In her free time, she enjoys a good book and a cup of coffee. In the near future, she will be spending a semester in Tsinghua University in Beijing to study language and trends in contemporary China.
